The vice prime minister and minister of emergencies Emel Etem received a military rank. With an order of the minister of defense Nikolay Tsonev, the vice prime minister Emel Etem was given the rank of a major from the mobilization reserve.

“It’s an honor for me to work for the national safety of the Republic of Bulgaira”, said the minister Etem during the ceremony.

“My duty as a vice prime minister and minister of emergencies I have political responsibility for the safekeeping of the citizens of Bulgaria”, added she.

The official ceremony that awarded the military rank to the minister took place in the building of the Ministry of defense today.
