‘Dsift’ won the Best Bulgarian Movie award

The Bulgarian movie ‘Dsift’, directed by Yavor Gardev, has won the ‘Best movie’ prize at the 28th annual Bulgarian film festival ‘Golden Rose’ in Varna. The movie took a total of 6 awards, among which the best actor award, the best cameraman award, the special jury award for film montage, the Bulgarian Film Critics award and the award of the “Nu Image Boyana Films” for best movie producers.

‘Dsift’ participated in the Moscow Film Festival and took the Best Director award. The film was also selected for the Bulgarian movie to compete in the ‘Oscar’ nominations for foreign film. In the upcoming months it will participate in several prestigious international film festivals in Australia, Argentina, Sweden, Iceland and Germany.

‘Dsift’ is considered to be one of the best Bulgarian films in the last several years.
