Construction of an eco-village near the artificial lake Batak

The first stage in the construction of the eco-village Batak-Prevala will be finished in May, confirmed one of the executors of the project – Boyan Angelov.

According to the idea, the eco-village and spa hotel will be constructed near the waters of the artificial lake Batak. The artificial lake is 3 kilometres away from the center of the city Batak and 5 kilometres away from the region Tsigov Chark.

The region has over 240 sunny days in the year. The combination of beautiful nature, excellent recreation conditions, opportunities for fishing, water sports, etc. were fitting for the idea for an eco-village, commented Angelov.

The project will be realized in two stages. The first stage is the construction of the resort village, and it will be concluded by the end of the spring.
