The relative portion of the society with a degree (from college or university) has increased from 21.7% in 2004 to 22.4% in 2007 and peaks with 22.8% in 2008.

The percentage of society with secondary school education has increased from 50.0% in 2004 to 55.1% in 2007, and peaks in 2008 with 22.8%.

At the same time, the relative percentage of people with elementary education (or even without it) has decreased from 28.4% in 2004 to 22.6% in 2007 and 22.5% in 2008.
