Throughout 2008, Bulgaria ranked first among the countries of interest to Russian buyers of estates despite the financial difficulties during the second half of the year, reveals the research of the russian estate market web portal Prian.ru. The research results were also printed in the Bulgarian newspaper Monitor.

The research is done monthly, and is based on the questionaries given in the estate database of the web portal.
