The Bulgarian footballer Dimitar Berbatov is still the definite leader in the rankings for the best football player in Manchester United for January.

So far, 30 114 people cast their votes for Berbatov.

The Serbian centre back Nemanja Vidić is second with 15 198 votes. He was ahead of the Bulgarian in the beginning of the competition and is still his most serious opponent.

The middle forward Michael Carrick is third with 3591 votes.

The goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar has 3152 votes, and Ryan Giggs has 1583. The inquiry continues until February 9th, but it is almost certain that Berbatov is going to win.
