With the participation of over 1000 delegates from 27 countries and Bulgaria starts the First Great Fair of Bulgarians in the world. Co-organizers are the Municipality of Varna and the scientific center for Bulgarian National Strategy.

During the forum will be created a World Parliament of Bulgarians, which will have sessions once in the year in Varna and will be set up an Association of Bulgarians in the World.
