17% cheaper houses in the outskirts of Vitosha mt.

The average offers for houses in the outskirts of Vitosha mt. dropped by 17% for the last 12 months. The data comes from the researches of the website for estate sells www.imot.bg.

Thus, they are back at their levels from mid-2007. The prices reached their peak in May 2008, with a growth of 1/5 their normal price.

There are about a dozen houses for sale in the district “Buxton”, with prices varying between 1095 and 1279 euro per square metre. The cheapest house sprawls over 210 square m. and costs 230 000 euro. The most expensive offer is for a 782 sq. m. estate with a large backyard on the “Rodopski izvor” str. The price is 1 million euro.

“Pavlovo” is another district with cheaper offers for houses. Several of the offers are between 1200 and 1492 euro per square metre.
