The international hot line 112 already has nationwide coverage in Bulgaria, announced today the Ministry of Emergency Situations. 112 became fully available after the opening of the two last centres – Varna and Kardjali – early this morning.

This step was taken about two weeks after the European Commission postponed the initiation of legal proceedings against Bulgaria over the delay in the line’s launching. The trial against Romania has also been put off.
