“Our goal isn’t to solve the problems of this society, but to show that popular TV shows such as ours can positively affect the situation”, said the program director of Nova TV Olga Lozanova at a press conference organized for the charity season of “VIP Brother” (VIP3.BigBrother.bg).

45 non-governmenral organizations blamed the organizers of the show for their oversights, which “could reflect negatively on the chosen charity causes”.

The protesting organizations include the American foundation for Bulgaria (Bg.AFBulgaria.org), the Center for Economic Development (CED.bg), the Bulgarian Helsinki committee (BGHelsinki.org), the Movement of Bulgarian mothers (DBM.bg-mamma.com) and others.
