Bulgaria is prepared for the swine flu
Bulgaria is prepared for prevention measures against the swine flu, said the chief health-officer of Bulgara dr. Tencho Tenev in an interview for BNT.
He pointed out that the cases of flu in Europe and Israel aren’t as bad as the ones in Mexico. Similar data comes from the USA.
At the moment, the reference centers in Bulgaria and Europe expect US tests for the identification of the virus. The Ministry of healthcare keeps in storage 72 thousand doses of the Tamiflu medicine. This medicine is known for it’s ability to overcome heavy forms of flu. Additional doses are on their way, added dr. Tenev.
