The Sofia municipality administration will establish a tourist information center in the subway of the Sofia university “St. Kliment Ohridski”. This was announced by the temporary mayor of Sofia Minko Gerdjikov in front of journalists during his inspection of the metro construction in the area. The place is very convenient and communicative, stated Gerdjikov.

Tourists can receive information on all sights in Sofia, purchase theater tickets, receive maps of the city, information on museums and tourism routes, etc.

The official opening of the metro section between the stadium “Vasil Levski” and the square “St. Nedelia” will take place on September 7th. The new section will finally realize the connection between the districts “Obelia” and “Mladost”.
