The general appearance of the Old city of Plovdiv will undergo serious changes by the end of the year, announced plovdiv24.bg.

The funds that the municipality will provide for the changes in the Old city are nearly a million leva.

The thorough restructuring of “Nebet tepe” will begin within the next few days.

The project for “Nebet tepe” is nearly completed. Almost half of the funds will be used up for the project. A virtual museum inside Bakalovata house will also be established.

The municipality administration will gather on Thursday to discuss the ideas for the creation of a new tourism center in the Old city.
