Submitted on Monday, 20 October 2008No Comment

The conditions for falling away of the monopoly of ‘Bulgarian posts’ and full liberalization of the post market are at hand, said the chairman of the State agency for information technologies and messages Plamen Vachkov in a round-table talk today.

The case in point is the reserved sector – the state monopoly over the carrying and delivering of the most widespread internal and international parcels with weight up to 50 grams.

At this moment in ‘Bulgarian posts’ work 20В 000 people and a growth of 20% is expected in the incomes for 2008 year.
