“We won’t wait until the middle of December, we are ready to start on November 29th,” announced the mayor of Bansko Alexander Kravarov.

15 000 beds are already available for the tourists, and to the end of the year their number will grow to 17 000.

Several renowned sportsmen will visit the resort in the first days of the season. The greatest polar traveler Bjorge Ausland will be there; the star of the international mountaineering Kshishtof Vielitski from Poland will accompany him. Other guest stars will be Gustavo Tioni, the Olympian champion Hani Ventzel from Liechtenstein and her brother Andreas.
