Stara Zagora has an оmbudsman

The press center of Stara Zagora announced that Pavlina Gerenova was appointed to be an Ombudsman of the city through an order of the mayor of the municipality of Stara Zagora – prof. Svetlin Tanchev.

The order confirms the choice of Ombudsman during the session of the Municipality council on February 26th this year. With the decision №382, the Municipality council accepted the report of the Temporary commission that carried out the competition between candidates for the position of ombudsman of Stara Zagora.

After a secret voting, the Municipality council of Stara Zagora chose Pavlena Yancheva Gerenova for a local ombudsman with 36 votes for her. Pavlina Gerenova is a politology graduate of the Sofia University.
