Carrefour Tsarigradsko signed the biggest deal with a fashion brand in Bulgaria

Colliers International, exclusive consultant for the leasing of space in the biggest mall in Bulgaria – the Carrefour Tsarigradsko, which is still under construction – announced the signing of the biggest deal with a fashion brand in the country. Carrefour Tsarigradsko found a leaseholder in the German retail chain Peek & Cloppenburg.

The German retail chain is over a hundred years old. It offers a wide variety of female,male and children fashion lines under a single roof. Clients can choose from classic, sport/elegant and boutique clothing in a store that is over 3 600 square meters large.

The Spanish fashion giant Inditex will debut in the center with it’s brands Zara, Bershka, Stradivarius, Pull & Bear and Massimo Dutti, the latter of which is a newcomer in the Bulgarian market. The other brands of Inditex will open shops in the Grand Mall Varna.

The cinema chain Arena will have 12 cinema halls in the trade center. Carrefour Tsarigradsko will be the fifth mall where the biggest Bulgarian cinema chain opens cinemas.
