Romanians and bulgarians without documents will not be expulsed from Spain. This was the decision of the spanish Supreme Court, informed the newspaper “Si, si puede”.

As citizens of the European union, they are not entitled to the sanctions contained within the laws for foreigners. According to court decision, they will also not be sanctioned if they work without permissions.

Romanians and bulgarians can only be expulsed from a country within the EU only for endangering the national security and order.

The spanish newspaper notes that bulgarians and romanians in Spain are over 850 thousand.
