The gallery in the house-museum “Georgi Izmirliev – the Macedonian” will open doors in the district Varosha in Blagoevgrad, announced Darik radio.

The combination of historical heritage and modern art attracts tourists, commented the Regional history museum.

Between April and October 2008, more than 1900 people visited Izmirliev’s house. Many of the tourists were foreign guests. The foreign groups came from countries like France, Italy, Greece and England.
