Iberdrola Inbobiliaria, the company for construction and estate management of the Spanish energy giant Iberdrola, received the permission for the construction of it’s next project, “Koral Beach Elite”. The complex will be located near the municipality of Tsarevo.

The license includes the construction of a resort complex that will sprawl over 236 645 square meters, with a luxurious hotel, tourist estates with 2500 apartments, sport grounds, beach club, etc.

The village will have a sea outlet of 800 meters to the Koral Beach.

The roads of the complex will be 16 meters wide and will include cycling alleys.
