The owners of Titan AS Dimitar Borisov and Ivo Ivanov officially took control of the management of PFC CSKA EAD. Dimitar Borisov and Ivo Ivanov enter the new Management council of CSKA FC along with Kiril Domuschiev. The previous chairman of the Management council Alexander Tomov is out of the new structure and is no more a part of the team.

The ex-manager of the team Dimitar Penev will still work for CSKA as a member of the Management council. Penko Penkov is the new executive director, and will co-operate in this position with Ventsislav Zhivkov.
