The Regional departments of the Ministry of internal affairs are getting ready for lay offs. By the end of the month, a plan for the gradual reduction of cadres will be devised. This was announced by the minister of internal affairs Mikhail Mihov in Pomorie.

He arrived in the seaside city to attend the official ceremony of the christening of the latest vessel of the “Border police”. The vessel was called after it’s home city – Pomorie.

Mihov added, that there will be disciplinary dismissals for several malpractices.

Later that day, the official guests visited the International Black Sea border information center, where the chief of the border department in the region – Vanio Ivanov – presented the activities of the center and the responsibilities of the people working in it.
