The economic crisis decreases the price of luxurious estates, which csot about 1,5 million euro at the moment. Previous buyers are withdrawing from the market due to the crisis, and the estate owners are forced to decrease the prices if they want to sell the estates.

The biggest interest is for the villas in the neighbourhoods Boyana and Dragalevtsi in Sofia. Luxurious apartments and houses in the center of Sofia are also preferred. The price of these real estates varies between 1 and 5 million euro.

The estate sells companies also use new strategies when selling estates. At first, the apartments are rented, and the tenants that intend to later buy the estate are given preference.

According to brokers, the real estate selling business will stabilize within 4-5 years.
