The major rough construction works of the first trade center of the mall type in Gabrovo are finished, announced the project investors.

The construction of the mall began on November 30th 2007. The investor is “Mall Gabrovo” OOD – Bulgarian holding with participants from Gabrovo. The likely sum for the investment and the building of the mall itself will go over 12 million euro, clarified mr. Veselin Stanchev, one of the leaders of “Mall Gabrovo” OOD.

To this date, the workers are nearly done with the internal installations, and the external suspended facade is nearing it’s finishing stages.

Mall Gabrovo is spread over 15 000 square metres and is in the vicinity of the Municipality administration, the central square and the central post office. The architecture of the building is unique, beacause it completely renovates the facade of a former cultural monument that once stood in it’s place.

Shops of international and Bulgarian brands that have never been in Gabrovo before will dominate the space of the mall. For now, 75% of the area has already been reserved.
