“Any attempts to defame the whole system of important national institutions are not only dangerous. They are a serious threat to the national safety. The National agency for income (NAP) is part of the national safety system.”

Those were the words of the prime minister Sergey Stanishev during the presentation of the New director of the National agency for income Krasimir Stefanov today.

“I personally stand behind every professionalist and honest man in NAP”, said the Bulgarian prime minister at the beginning of the meeting. Stanishev stressed on the meaning of the Agency on the cases of financial crisis and expressed his conviction that NAP is full of honest and highly motivated staff members.

“I disapprove any and all verbal attacks on NAP during the last few days, which were done in a brutal, reckless manner that showed no proof. Bulgaria is really stable at the moment”.
