Early in the afternoon, fans started their “assault” towards the stadium “Kaliakra”, impatiently waiting for the opening of the doors. Slowly but surely, the stadium was filled to the brim with fans of rock music, that eagerly awaited the second concert of Kaliakra rock festival.

The concert was opened by the German rockers Edguy. Their short, seven song set was followed by the performance of another German band – Blind Guardian. After the brief detour in fantasy-themed power metal, the fans greeted the headliners – the legendary Scorpions.

The performance of Scorpions was a spectacle of both heavy rockers and touching ballads. The concert was organized perfectly and ended a little after midnight. Thousands of satisfied fans continued their party in the local taverns, savoring the memories of their favorite bands.
