The Ministry of justice gave 9 150 000 leva for the renovation of the Sofia Court House. The large sum is provided to ensure the entire reconstruction of the fourth floor of the building. The reconstruction involves repairing, rearranging and adaptation of the rooms on that floor for the needs of the jurisdiction.

The renovation will take place on over 4 150 sq. metres. The removal of old electrical installations will be followed by the installation of new electrical installations, fire prevention systems, security systems, ventilation and heating systems, etc. The entire water pipe system will be changed as well.
