The mayor of the municipality of Smolyan Dora Iankova suggested the creation of a charter of investors of Pamporovo. Each investor will add his ideas for the development of Pamporovo to the chart and the document will be announced publicly.

An ethics committee for hotel owners will also be created to regulate the execution of certain tasks.

Pamporovo need development and a serious PR campaign, says Iankova. Smolyan works along the municipality of Chepelare for the popularization of the resort. The help of the investors in the resort is also needed.

The resort needs a renovation of the asphalt covering, the sidewalks, the street lights and parks, says Iankova. Work on modernization should begin in the spring and be complete by the end of the summer.
