Nearly 50% of the hotels in Pamporovo are working after the end of the winter season, says Pantelei Memtsov, chairman of the Regional tourism association “Rodopi”.

According to him, the tourist capacity during the holidays is busy almost up to 95%.

Spending a night in Pamporovo around the holidays costs between 20 and 70 leva depending on the category of the hotel. Reduction of prices up to 20% is available mostly for package offers.

“The Extreme park is the newest attraction for tourists in Pamporovo”, added Memtsov.

The newly opened park has a “Wall of Tarzan” and a vast variety of opportunities to practice extreme sports.

The main clients in Pamporovo during these holidays are Bulgarian tourists.
