“The high construction will not continue in the same scope as it was so far”, said Asen Gagauzov, minister of regional development and urbanization during an interview for the Darik radio.

For three years, the construction of houses has grown from a 5,5 billion leva value to 16 billion.

“There are barely new orders in the sector, especially from external investors. We will most probably experience a growth of road and railroad constructions in the coming years”, added the minister.

He concluded that the operative program “Regional development” is doing very well at the moment.
