The Interior Minister Mihail Mikov will visit Vidin where he’ll pt the first European registrations number to a Bulgarian motor vehicle and will cut the band of the new tutorial hall in the base of the Vidin management of the Ministry of Interior – ‘Bozhuritsa’.

Distinctive features of the European registration numbers are the light-reflecting blue band in the left end of the tablet on which the twelve yellow stars from the flag of the EU are pictured and the combination of one to three uppercase capitals under it, which represent the unique code of every EU country.
