To have glass maisonettes under the roof of the “Apollo center” – this is the project, whose construction works begin early next year, informs the newspaper Monitor.

The building will host a trade center and office complex under one roof in the middle of Varna. The maisonettes will take the fifth to seventh (last) floors.

The project will be realized on the former “house with doves”, as it is popular among the people of Varna, by the Bulgarian Lili Stoyanova. She works for years in the engineering business of Phoenix, Arizona.

Two million euro will be invested in the construction and furnishing of the elite complex.
