An encyclopedia for Shumen

An initiative commitee started the preparation for writing an encyclopedy, named ‘Shumen and the district of Shumen’.The commitee was formed in July this year and social and cultural workers, archeologists and journalists.
In the encyclopedy will be included information about personalities and events from different spheres of the social, economical, political and spirit life of the district of Shumen.
