‘Energetics and climatic changes: policies and strategies for managing of the emissions of greenhouse gases’, is the theme of the conference which starts today at 9 o’clock in Sofia.

The conference will be opened by the Vice Prime minister and a minister of Foreign Affairs Ivailo Kalfin, representatives of energy, industrial, financial and consulting companies, of state administration and non-governmental organizations are going to participate in the three sessions of the conference. The issues which will be discussed are the stable development through seizure of the negative climatic changes, management of the resources and the green solutions – green budget and green deliveries. The conference is taking place in the ‘Sheraton’ hotel.
