A Bulgarian is a candidate member of parliament in the European Parliament from Italy.

Antonia Gospodinova (antoniagospodinova.eu) is the first Eastern European to join the Italian list for the EU parliament.

She is in the list of the right-wing coalition Autonomia, which also includes former ministers from the governments of Silvio Berlusconi.

Antonia is one of the few foreigners as a whole in the list of Italy for EU elections.
