A Bulgarian company in the doormaking business – Solid 55 – will participate in the international expo for informational and communication technologies CeBIT in Hanover, which begins today, with their unique product – a biometric door.

The door has an internal personal computer, software that reads facial features, a system for access control and Internet-connected video watch. This system adds to the convenience and functionality of the door while still being easily integrated with the other systems inside the home, like security kits, etc. The door is also a part of the Home Automation System.

The aforementioned system allows the centralized management of lighting, warmth, window adjustment during various weather conditions and the defense of the home from thieves.
