Bulgaria has introduced an impressive number of changes in all the main laws and regulations in the field of corporative management, accountance and control.

How these changes are applied in practice and what can be done for the further strengthening of the firm management, accountance and audit.

These are the main topics addressed in the two latest reports on the standards and laws keeping, called “Bulgaria: Assessment of the corporative management” and “Bulgaria: Accountance and control”.

The two reports will be presented to representatives of the Ministry of finance, the Ministry of economics and energetics, the Commission for financial control, the Bulgarian National Bank, business associations, independent analysts and non-governmental organizations.
