The united network of Powernet and BOL.bg will offer their communication services to households and firms in over 85% of the Sofia territory.

The internet providers will unite under the name “Powernet Telecommunications”. The company is property of the Slovenian fund P&S East Growth Luxembourg Sicar S.C.A. The initial investment in KIT and Powernet will be 7.5 million euro.

P&S Group will announce the official merging of Powernet and BOL.bg at a press conference in the BTA on February 17th, 2009.

The fund manages Slovenian capitals and has many years of experience in development of companies in the fields of pharmaceuticals, telecommunication and others.
