The traveling library of “The great reading” starts it’s course

The national library “St. Kiril and Metodii” is the first stop on the course of the bus that hosts the campaign “The great reading”.

Dozens of people left their favorite books there. These books will go to the 27 cities included in the course of the “library on wheels”. Among the first books left on the shelves were the Bible, “The Little Prince”, “Foucault’s Pendulum”, “Children of the Arbat”, “Hell”, “Anna Karenina”, “The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn”, “The Master and Margarita”.

Every person that leaves his favorite read can write his co-ordinates and his message to the future readers in the cities Pernik, Blagoevgrad, Pazardzhik, Vratsa, Montana, Vidin, Pleven, Lovech, Gabrovo, Veliko Tarnovo, Targovishte, Razgrad, Ruse, Silistra, Dobrich, Varna, Shumen, Burgas, Yambol, Sliven, Stara Zagora, Haskovo, Kardzhali, Plovdiv and Smolyan.

Each workday at 12.00 AM a bus with the traveling books will stop in front of the library of each city, allowing readers to share books and messages with other literature lovers from all over Bulgaria.
