The trans-border path between Bulgaria and Romania was defined

The municipality administration of Dobrich held a meeting to work on the project for the construction of a trans-border tourist path between Bulgaria and Romania.

The path itself is supposed to connect the municipality Krushari in the Bulgarian side to Banyasa (ConstanЕЈa region) in the Romanian side.

The meeting was lead by the vice-governor of the municipality of Dobrich Mikhail Stoev. Representatives from the Romanian region ConstanЕЈa and the national agency “Road infrastructure” also attended the meeting. The project is part of the Program for trans-border co-operation Romania – Bulgaria in the period 2007-2013.

The pre-project researches by NAPI have already been completed and translated in English; the application forms have been filled out according to the Bulgarian laws and provided to the Romanian side. The technical documentation for the project is still under development.
