Most Pleven natives choose the “Pleven epos” panorama as a symbol of their city, announced Darik radio. This was the conclusion of a research of Pleven citizens.

The inquiry that started in May aimed to define the most recognizeable symbol of the city. The campaign’s goals are to aid the better public image of Pleven and to define the image of the tourist attraction of the city.

The “Pleven epos” panorama got nearly half of the 8 thousand votes. People voted with inquiry lists and over the internet. The park “Kailaka” got the second place with a little over thousand votes. They are followed by the chapel-mausoleum “St. Georgi Pobedonosets”, the Water cascade, the “Mother Bulgaria” monument, the History museum, the building of the municipality administration of Pleven, the gallery “Donation Svetlin Rusev”.
