In the beginning of April, they announced that they are unblocking the funds for the highway “Liulin” and technical help will arrive by mid-May. The statements were made during the talks of the European Commission with the agency for road infrastructure on April 7th.

The vice-prime minister of european funds Meglena Plugchieva confirmed that the ISPA funds will be unblocked. On May 12th, she will meet the commissar for regional politics Danuta Hubner.
