Terrains in Pamporovo – 21% cheaper

The average offers for regulated terrains in the biggest resort in the Rodopi mountain – Pamporovo – decreased by 21% compared to July 2008. Brokers from estate agencies comment that at the moment, there are few covenient spots for construction left for investors.

Their average offering price is 177 euro per square metre. The cheapest terrain that is up for sale spreads over 1500 square metres and is sold for 100 000 euro, or 67 euro per square metre. The estate is near the first stop of the lift. The most expensive offer is for a 4261 square metre parcel with an announced price of 4,5 million euro, or 1056 euro per square metre. The parcel is located near the “White house” and is up for sale for over half a year now.
