New trend: Russian stars purchase houses in Bulgaria

The Russian newspaper “Trud” announced that the actor Mikhail Boyarsky, “the Russian d’Artagnan”, purchased a family house in Bulgaria. The two-storey building in the “townhouse” stylistic is located on the beach of the Black sea, in the new “Orange county” complex. The new complex has a central hotel and about seventy family houses and dozens of villas.

Mikhail Boyarsky hopes that the new house will be serve his faimily holidays well, gathering in one place his entire family – his wife Larissa Luppian, his daughter Liza and his son Sergei with his children and wife.

The newspaper states that such a house costs about 100 000 euro. 40 000 square kilometers around him, there is no other film star or another popular person. Last year, however, Philipp Kirkorov, Nadezhda Babkina and Lolita Milyavskaya purchased apartments in the nearby hotel.
