New electric transmission network between Bulgaria and Macedonia

Today at 14:30 PM the new electric transmission network between Bulgaria and Macedonia will be opened in the region of Dubrovo station (Macedonia).

The prime minister of Bulgaria Sergey Stanishev, the prime minister of Macedonia Nikola Gruevski, the Bulgarian minister of economics and energetics Petar Dimitrov and other officials from both countries will attend the event.

The construction of a new electric transmission network is one of the stages in the strategy of the electroenergy companies of the two Balkan countries in accordance with their agreement for co-operation on energetics issues.
