Georgi Parvanov visits Argentina

The president Georgi Parvanov is on an official visit in Argentina. He was invited by the president of the country, Mrs. Cristina FernГЎndez de Kirchner.

The Bulgarian president, accompanied by his wife, was welcomed by the Argentine minister of foreign relations and international trade Horhe Tayana at the international airport “Eseisa” in Buenos Aires. During the ceremony, the anthems of both countries were played.

The president Parvanov will meet his Argentine colleague Mrs. Kirchner today. They will discuss the possibilities for strengthening the political and economical bonds of the two countries, and will talk about the international issues of the day.

An Agreement for economical partnership between the governments of the two countries will be signed in the presence of both presidents.

Georgi Parvanov will lay a wreath on the Monument of the Argentine national hero JosГ© Francisco de San MartГ­n.
