In a letter, addressed to the Prime Minister Sergey Stanishev and Minister Daniel Valchev, the Teacher’s organiation suggests for schools to give free textbooks to students from 1st to 7th grade. According to ‘National organization – teachers for their rights’ this will affect in a positive aspect the quality of education. This way, approximately 300 000 Bulgarian families will save about 600-700 leva for 5 years.
