The female wrestler of the “Iunak-Lokomotiv” team Elina Vaseva was given the award for a sports person в„–1 of Ruse in the inquiry of the local newspaper “Utro”.

She received a monetary prize from the newspaper, and the mayor of the city Bozhidar Yotov congratulated her personally for her achievements.

Elina, seventh in this year’s Olympic games and an established Bulgarian national athlete, reached the top of the list with 102 points, 24 points more than the second athlete in the rankings – the canoer Hristo Hristov.
