Submitted on Friday, 24 October 2008No Comment

The effects of the international financial crisis will have effect on Bulgaria mostly through harder access to credit resources by banks and increase of interest percentage.

Despite that, the effects will be contained and drastic decreases of estate prices as seen in the US and the UK will be evaded in Bulgaria. The participants of the club meeting of Investor.bg came to that conclusion during a discussion regarding the future of estate markets in the context of the international economical crisis.

According to Strahil Ivanov, CEO of Yavlena agency, the variation of prices will be in the range of 10%, and the estates in the best places will not lose any value.
