Submitted on Sunday, 14 December 2008No Comment

The offering of terrains in Boyana district for the last 6 months has dropped over 4,2 times. The data comes from the statistics of the estate selling website imot.bg

The drastically lowered number of offers incites the sellers to want more money for their estates. As a result, the average price of an offer has grown over 5,7 times since May, reveals the newspaper “Monitor”.

Right now, the cheapest terrain in regulation in the prestigious Sofia district is offered for 65 000 euro. The terrain is 1000 sq. metres large. The most expensive offer is 11 million euro for 27 000 sq. metres. The large terrain is reserved for housing construction.
